Why we had to change our ancillary tasks:

We had to change our ancillary task as we discussed with our media teacher the original products we  had created. From our discussion it was clear we had to change our front and back cover, this would be difficult as we had very little time to create a new idea and then develop it into a final product as we would need our research to correspond with our new ideas to show how we were influenced.

It caused friction in our group as a lot of work had gone into the products, therefore, some people were offended to have to change them which is understandable.

We had to change the front and back cover as the girls had gathered the images from the internet which causes the problem of plagerism and copy right. We were aware images from the internet couldn’t  be used, however, some people got confused because they believed editing them in Photoshop completely, meant that they were now different images therefore they could be used… but this was not the case. As the editing of the images didn’t change the fact we couldn’t use them we had to change our front and back CD cover completely which put us under a lot of pressure.
